Have you ever been balls deep pounding a guy’s hole and heard him moan “you’re hitting my spot”? Well, the spot he’s referring to is his prostate gland. The prostate (aka the male G-spot) is small, but packs a powerful punch. When you massage it just the right way, it can induce explosive climaxes.
All man have a G-spot, but it takes a good partner to unleash the power of the prostate. Most guys don’t know much about prostates (probably because it’s hidden in their holes), so to help them out, we did a little research. Here are six things you should know about the male G-spot and massaging it.

Things You Should Know About Prostate Massages: http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. Where Is It?

The prostate is located about three inches inside your bum. If you stick your finger up there, you can feel it just North of your dong.

2. How Big Is It?

It’s about the size of a walnut, although some sources say it’s a little bigger or smaller. For today, we’ll say walnut-sized, which makes it easy to find with a finger.

3. What Does It Do?

It plays a very important role in the male reproductive system. The prostate produces a watery substance that sustains and shields the spaff. During climax, the prostate releases this substance into the urethra, and it blasts out with your swimmers. It also serves as a valve and allows either pee or jizz to shoot out of the body.

After a moment of silence, the Los Angeles Gay Pride Parade marches on as the LGBT community mourns the massacre at an Orlando gay nightclub. Crowds turn out despite police thwarting a potential copycat attack on the parade from a suspect armed with guns, explosives.
Striking a sullen yet defiant tone, thousands lined the streets of West Hollywood for the annual pride parade just hours after a shooter killed 50 people and left dozens more injured at an Orlando gay nightclub.

Revelers turned out despite an arrest made in nearby Santa Monica of a man armed with guns, ammunition and explosives who police say wanted to attack the annual Los Angeles event. Organizers held a moment of silence before the festivities, and there was a heavy law enforcement presence that lined the streets.

Nothing good has ever happened without the demise of something else equally as great. In order to experience the new, we have to mourn the old-that’s life.
Regardless of how a relationship ended, it’s always hard to create a new habit for yourself when both mentally and emotionally. After investing our heart and soul in a man who made us feel special, how the hell can we retrain our souls to find peace without completely falling to pieces in the process?

How to survive a gay men breakup: http://www.lovementomen.com/

Our spirits have been tattered, and we tend to forget what it looked like before all this happened-full-fledged laughter, the joy, a fearless smile-we’ve forgotten it all.

It’s time to paste ourselves back together.
The process is never going to be easy. As fast as it took for our world to crumble it might be a thousand times slower for it to come back together. But like any habit, it starts with readjusting our daily rituals until they become second nature-in this case it’s about rebuilding the person we once were:

Watch videos that make you laugh. Trigger a part of your brain that makes you feel goofy. Visit it again and let it evoke more joy. It’s like giving your soul a refresher, which is much needed when you’re feeling down in the dumps.

Cut ties with friends who make you feel like it was your fault. After my last breakup I had friends who would literally say, “You know, he’s handling this way more maturely than you are…” or “Maybe you can really learn about this. What do you think you could have done better in the relationship?” Trust me, you do not need this right now. They might have good intentions, but they clearly don’t know the context.

Omar Sharif Jr is gay. He recently gave a speech at the 2016 Oslo Freedom Forum, a global platform for human rights defenders to share their stories. When he came out in a 2012 letter published in The Advocate, Sharif directly confronted the homophobia in his home country of Egypt. “This part of me was something I kept hidden because it was something that didn’t fit into the Egypt I knew, the Egypt that scoffed at human rights and persecuted people who were different,” he explains.

It’s challenging for people living outside of Egypt to comprehend the level of fame surrounding the Sharif family name. “I was often referred to as Egypt’s favorite son,” says Sharif. “Growing up a Sharif in Egypt is almost like being born a Kennedy.” Sharif’s grandfather was the legendary Doctor Zhivago on screen, and his entire family was diligently kept in the public’s eye. But celebrity status in a conservative country proved to be immensely stressful.

Skills are crucial for surviving in a digitally obsessed world. Being gay today requires self-affirmation of our strength, potential, and place in today’s culture. Whether we know it or not, we are living the dreams of countless LGBT men from previous generations. It’s high time we start growing some self-confidence.
A gay men should have a bit of dignity for himself, and the best way to gain such dignity is by opening himself up to new experiences. I believe today’s culture requires us to posses certain skills (outside the bedroom), many of which I think can benefit our livelihood both personally and structurally. Say what you want about them, but I believe the every gay men needs to learn do the following:

10 Skills Every Gay Men Needs to Know:http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. How to Handle Come-Ons When You Have a Boyfriend

Being flirted with is expected in the gay community. We’re all men and in order for us to figure out if you’re single or partnered, the first major step is to get a little flirt going. If you think about it, it’s harmless, but sometimes it can go a little overboard.

Gay dating is no picnic in today’s hookup culture. Everyone is looking to get “off” or to get “in” that we forget how to connect on intimate levels, much less genuine ones. Trust me; I feel your struggle.
However, instead of thinking we’re fighting a losing game, we single gay guys need to rise to the occasion! Dating is supposed to be fun. It should lift our spirits, not tear us down. Why have we made it so complicated?
I’ve spent hours researching scientific ways we can make the gay dating experience better for, not only us but for the lucky men we choose to date. Here are some things we should always remember, take note:

Tips for Gay dating has been scientifically proven:http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. Make Him Think You Have A Dark Side

I hate narcissists (like, really hate them), but even though I try to veer them away, I can’t help but have sexual tension with them; as it turns out, I’m not the only one. Psychological studies have reinforced previous research showing that narcissists are more popular than others at first impression. Why? Because they’re more appealing. They give us something play with.

Matt Loader is the Labor party’s candidate running in the South Australian seat of Sturt against innovation minister Christopher Pyne.
On Wednesday he shared an emotional video on Facebook about the time he was bashed just for being gay.
Loader held back tears as he described the night he was assaulted by three drunk men on the streets of Adelaide.
It was 11pm and he was walking home from the pub, along a main road when three young drunk men approach them.

Gay Labor Candidate Tells Terrifying Story: http://www.lovementomen.com/

“I was walking home with someone and I was holding his hand and that’s what triggered it,” Loader told BuzzFeed News.

Let’s take a moment to praise your best friend.
He’s the person who sticks with you beyond the breakups, bad news and blunders. And you couldn’t love your bestie more for it.
The truth is there’s no one quite like your BFF - and apparently science agrees. We rounded up just some of the proven ways your friends affect your life. Check them out below:

10 Ways your best friend improves your life: http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. They make you feel a sense of belonging.

Friendships provide a sense of community and meaning. As Karyn Hall, a Dialectical Behavior Therapy trainer and author of The Emotionally Sensitive Person, points out in a Psychology Today blog, your connection to others can do wonders for your wellness.

Foreign LGBT people feel comfortable in Japan, although problems include lack of spouse visa.
Non-Japanese members of the nation’s LGBT community tend to feel less discrimination in expressing themselves freely than their Japanese counterparts, although many complain of a lack of support, problems dating, and difficulties in obtaining a spouse visa.

Whereas Human Rights Watch recently highlighted the problem of bullying of Japanese LGBT students in schools, non-Japanese gay people have an easier time. In particular, this is because the threat of violence is almost nonexistent.

If you’re concerned about the mental health of a friend,we have ten top signs that you should look out for.

1. Health.

As we descend in to the spiral of depression and anxiety, we often lose sight of how taking care of ourselves (better things to worry about), and gradually this can lead to poorer choices in food, sexual health, financial matters, and exercise. Ironically, good choices in all of these can help immensely in our recovery. So ‘encourage’ someone to take up a new activity with you (yoga can be amazing), try a meditation class, and cook some healthy food together.

10 Signs Could Save Your Friend’s Life: http://www.lovementomen.com/

2. Social Withdrawal.

This is when someone may become more withdrawn from social activities, and not be as interested in going out and socialising. However, more importantly, they may not be doing anything else as an alternative. Give them an invite to something and mean it. As a therapist, we often use the boundary of a session to gently challenge clients who would wish to withdraw.

You are gay and you have a boyfriend. You've been dating for a few months. He's met your friends. Maybe some coworkers. And it's getting to the point where it might just be time to bring him home to meet the parents.
But you're nervous. It just doesn't feel right. Why? Here are some signs that maybe you shouldn't bring him home to meet the parents.

Signs You Shouldn't Bring Him Home to Meet Your Parents: http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. He told you he's not ready.

You definitely have to listen to your significant other, especially when they're being honest about what makes them uncomfortable. You may be ready to show him off to mom and pop, but if he doesn't feel comfortable just yet, you need to respect that.
Certainly talk about what's making him uncomfortable, but understand that meeting the parents can be a lot of pressure, and you don't want to rush it.

2. Your parents don't know you're gay.

We all have to come out on our own terms, but putting your significant other into an emotionally charged situation like that just isn't fair. Talk to your parents when you're ready, but don't use your other half as a coming out tool. Not cool.

3. You haven't met any of his friends/family yet.

Introducing someone you're dating to friends and family is a process, and you can go at your own pace but it should be mutual. If you're thinking about introducing him to your parents (which could be seen as a big deal), but you haven't even met a single one of his friends, pump the brakes and ask why that may be. No one likes a one-sided relationship.

When it comes to health care, we men are like ostriches. We bury our heads in the sand. We are much less likely than women to visit our doctors regularly, take symptoms seriously and live a healthful lifestyle. Maybe that’s one reason why women have a seven-year average survival advantage on us!
Yet it’s obviously important that men of all ages become more proactive about their health. And an easy way to start is to follow these 10 basic steps to maintaining health and vitality.

10 Health Tips for Men: http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. Stay Away from Dangerous Trans Fats.

While it’s important to reduce your overall fat intake, it’s even more important to watch the types of fat you eat. Deep-fried foods and anything made with hydrogenated oils (margarine, peanut butter, shortening, store-bought pastries and cookies) contain trans fats that raise your risk of heart disease.
Sydney Pride Festival is ready to take off again this year, staging events from the Blue Mountains to Darlinghurst.
What began in 1998 as a grassroots event undertaken in the name of pride and charity has become a highlight of Sydney’s queer calendar and in the ensuing years has raised thousands for LGBTI organisations.
According to Sydney Pride Festival organiser Glenn Hansen, last year’s festival raised over $100,000 for worthy community causes.

“Last year approximately $110,000 was raised for charity and this year we are supporting the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, ACON, Twenty10, Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby, Beyond Blue and St Vincent’s Hospital,” he said.

Honduras - A prominent LGBT rights activist in Honduras was murdered this week.
La Prensa, a Honduran newspaper, reported Rene Martínez’s family reported him missing on Wednesday after he left his home in the city of San Pedro Sula’s Chamelecón neighborhood and got into someone’s car.

La Prensa reported that Martínez’s relatives identified his body at San Pedro Sula’s morgue on Friday. The newspaper said it appears that Martínez was strangled to death.

Martínez was ‘brilliant LGBT political leader’

Martínez, 40, was president of Comunidad Gay Sampredrana, a San Pedro Sula-based LGBT advocacy group that worked throughout northern Honduras. He also ran an outreach center in Chamelecón through Youth Alliance Honduras, an organization that is part of an anti-violence program the U.S. Agency for International Development helped to develop.

Breakups are never easy to handle. But at the end of the day, if you look at your past relationships in hindsight, there were probably huge red flags you should have noticed.
At the time, however, you were too wrapped up in trying to protect the relationship and ignored the flags. But, losing the spark is something none of us can afford to overlook, and the red flags are the same no matter how long the relationship lasted. Here are nine red flags to look for:

Signs Your Relationship Is About To End For Gay: http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. He Craves Attention From Other Men.

We all have friends who are attention whores, but when you are out with your boyfriend and all he wants is attention from other gay men rather than you, it is time to address the issue. I’ve dated comedians, actors and other creative people who are known for their insatiable appetite for attention, but for the most part, they do not need it to have fun.

When a boyfriend needs attention, he is probably trying to be emotionally stimulated - something he no longer feels with you. Take it as a sign and stop wasting your time.

2. When He Refuses To Talk About What’s Bothering Him.

You can ask him over and over again, but no matter what you do it seems like whatever is on his mind is of no concern to you. It is too big, too overpowering, to show the slightest hint of vulnerability on his end.

You used to be able to tell each other everything - no secrets. However, lately it seems like there’s distance, and you know for a fact it is coming from him. Something is definitely on his mind.

3. When You Are Having Too Little Or Too Much Sex.

When a relationship is about the people involved, sex is actually of no importance. However, as testosterone-fueled beings, sex is a pretty big deal. We often use it to distract ourselves from real problems — it is a method of procrastination. So having too much sex can be a sign you would rather have sex than talk about whatever is missing from your relationship.

Love is a drug that produces different kinds of highs, and there are many types of love. There’s a love for family, a love for your work, a love of music and art, and then there’s love for another person. All of them trigger different characteristics, which can make you feel valuable.
Why are some gay men scared of love? It’s something many of us claim we want. Our news feeds overflow with pictures of same-sex couples holding hands, and friends always comment, “Relationship goals.” We dream of it, yet when opportunity arises we push it away because we feel like it’s too big, too good or too magical to handle.

Why are some gay men scared of love:http://www.lovementomen.com/

Thinking Is A Scary Concept.

Thinking causes use to judge ourselves and each other, and we judge everything except emotional strength. We assess appearances, talents, titles, and finances. We evaluate masculinity and personality, but it’s hard to look at someone - completely vulnerable, honest and painfully genuine - and say, “he’s sexy.”

Because sex is everything to us. If the world thinks we’re sexy, everything else doesn’t seem to matter. In an environment where love is a result of sex, we shape our value based on sex appeal rather than emotional strength.

Are we afraid of love because we feel we aren’t sexy enough? No. We fear it because in order to love, we must self-evaluate our true assets, and society doesn’t allow us to be introspective. Social media pressures us to put on appearances; make the world believe everything is perfect. As a result, we’ve transitioned that construct into our own self-analysis.

We lie to ourselves just as much as we lie on Facebook. It’s hard to be honest about how we feel about ourselves because that means all the work we’ve done in our life meant nothing: The yoga, laughter, joy, therapy, and countless hours of looking in the mirror and saying, “I love you.”

How to be a sexy guy? How to look handsome? What can men do to be more attractive? Contrary to what a lot of guys would like to believe, overall personality and body language play a larger role than bulging biceps and oversized egos. Don’t be fooled by glossy magazine columns which label six pack abs as the epitome of sexiness. This post is a real-life guide on what makes men look more handsome from the perspective of girls, women and gay men.

How to be a sexy guy: http://www.lovementomen.com

1. Look healthy and neat

Although this is quite a generic tip for guys to look handsome, it is probably the most important one. Girls/Gay like guys who look neat and healthy. No woman/gay would want to go out with someone who looks filthy.
This doesn’t apply just to impress women/gay. You will look a lot more handsome if you look neat and healthy. It will even be easier for you to make new friends simply because you will look more approachable.

2. Get fit: Join a gym or lift weights at home

Fitness and body image is undoubtedly a big part of looking attractive. Join a gym or buy fitness equipment which you can use at home. Shed those extra pounds away so that you can carry a lean-bulky frame.

Women will drool over a ripped body but don’t take this thought to an extreme. Girls don’t necessarily like those monstrous bodies that bodybuilders like to have. Just take a look at some of the top Hollywood heartthrobs and you will see that all you need is broad shoulders, toned torso and legs to match.

3. Groom your body hair

Body hair is somewhat of a gray area because as a guy, you don’t want to be over-obsessed about grooming the hair on your body. At the same time, bushy body hair is probably not the best way to go. Don’t get carried away and just remember this rule of thumb – trim your body hair evenly.

Buy a nice grooming tool for men and use its settings to give yourself an even trim on your body. It is a misconception that only guys who are metrosexual should remove excess body hair. Even the average joe can add a touch of sexiness to his personality with a little trimming.

4. Don’t worry too much about the facial fuzz

Guys shouldn’t really be stressed about facial hair as long as they have got it all under control. Unkempt and messy beards may be a turnoff for some, but a manly stubble is something that can make you look very sexy.

Whether a guy should have facial hair or not is something subjective. Some girls might like a clean shaven look while others may prefer their men to have a beard. So don’t worry and fret about your facial hair. As long as you groom it and it doesn’t look filthy, you really don’t have too much to worry about.

China - Blued has 27million registered users – most of which are in Asia; it values itself at $300million and is looking to expand overseas
To coincide with Pride month in the US, China-based gay social networking app Blued has announced that it has completed its latest rounds of investor financing – and that it now has a value of $300million.
The app, which was founded in 2012, has grown rapidly and now has 27million registered users. It says that 20% of those are now outside of China. It is one of the most-downloaded social networking apps in App Store.

The site was founded by a gay entrepreneur and former policeman, Geng Le. He left the police in the early 00s to work on creating his own LGBT-themed website, Danlan. This gave rise to the company Blue City, and then Blued in 2012.

Romania - Three million people have signed a petition to ban gay marriage in Romania, and in doing so has started a war on gay rights between religious conservatives and young liberals.
Two primetime TV debates among politicians and cultural leaders have taken place already this week, with two more scheduled for tomorrow (3 June) over the question of changing the constitution to ban gay marriage.

Three million people want to ban gay marriage in Romania: http://www.lovementomen.com/

Currently the constitution uses gender neutral language to describe marriage, defining it as a union of two people. This has conservatives nervous, seeing the rise of LGBTI rights across the world, and so it has launched a campaign to make sure same-sex marriage doesn’t happen in the central European country by any means possible.

Niceness is a quality many gay men strive for, but most of us fail to see that the importance of being good outweighs even the nicest, kindest or most gentle dudes amongst us.
Good Guys know their worth and they have a backbone because of it. They’re not afraid to dive into a pool of possibilities because, to them, being good to themselves is just as important as being good to others.
I’ve dated many nice guys-hell, at one point in my life I was the King of Nice. I always wondered why the guys I liked always went for the bad boys. I put men on a pedestal, placing their needs above mine, and often skipped over my true opinions so I wouldn’t hurt the people I loved.

Why being gay good is better than being gay nice: http://www.lovementomen.com

I had it all wrong.

You see, I’ve come to learn that being nice is something we’re taught as children in school: “Be nice David,” “Say you’re sorry,” “We’re going to be nice today, okay?” “If you’re not nice, Santa won’t bring you any presents…” were things I heard constantly.

Well into my teenage years I began to associate niceness with being submissive; making other people comfortable and getting people to like me were all that mattered-that was being “nice.” Eventually it bled into the way I treated potential boyfriends.

There’s a reason why we say nice guys finish last. It’s because they’re happy to finish last (they don’t want it any other way). It’s a sacrifice they believe will give bring them respect. Giving the trophy to someone else, bending over backwards so other people can be happy and think highly of them, is something nice guys like to do because it makes them feel validated. Doing nice things for validation or social expectation doesn’t make you a nice person; it’s kind of selfish.

There’s a difference between doing nice things and doing good deeds.

We think every gay men under the age of 30 has some kind of Grindr story. We don’t know a single one who doesn’t have pictures of them floating around in the stratosphere – We are talking to you!
Gay men of the world, stop stressing out over Grindr. We all know what it’s there for so there’s no use in trying to have a highbrow. What we can control, however, is the way we use it. Too many creeps think they’re doing it right, honey. They log on, peruse the network and cry themselves to sleep because they think the world hates them. But trust us, if you want to get luck on Grindr, it’s all in the delivery. Let’s talk about it:

How to gay men keep "winning" at Grindr:http://www.lovementomen.com/

1. Please double check your autocorrect.

We can’t tell you how many times a man has messaged me, “Damn you’re so hotch. I want to suck your dock.”
I mean… I understand what you’re saying similar to how I might understand my Chihuahua when she needs to go peepee, but I just learned two things from you: either you’re talking to too many guys at once and don’t have time to look it over, or you just don’t give a f**k about it because you’re drunk and horny.
Not saying you still might not get lucky, but come on, put in a little effort to enhance my fantasies a bit more. Doesn’t that sound nice?

2. Don’t ever put “N/A” on everything without having a profile pic.

Who the hell am I talking to, a ghost? Trust me, if you want to communicate with someone on Grindr, you need to give him some bait. I don’t know anyone desperate enough to talk to not only an invisible face, but invisible stats as well. You’re not even giving me enough information to create an imaginary face and body. Bye bye!

3. Mean what you say and say what you mean!

The way you “market” yourself on Grindr is how men are going to assume you to be. If you aren’t up to par on that, 90% of the time they’ll be unpleasantly surprised.

For example, if you say, “I’m a nice guy so please only say nice things,” you’re probably going to attract guys who want to have a nice conversation before you jump to the nudes. If you instantly send him a picture of your penis before any words are exchanged, he might be a tad bit surprised. The same can be said for the alternative as well. You can’t display yourself as a man who is “looking for right now” and isn’t “looking to send a bunch of messages,” then get turned off when a men does what you ask. Know what you want and stick to it because you’re going to welcome like-minded people.

I have a few friends who came out late in life. Late bloomers is what I fondly call them. On the surface, they always seemed calm and collected but deep inside there was turbulence and turmoil. My good friend, came up to me and asked me if it was too late to come out. To be honest, I was astounded as Him seemed happy with his wife and three children. They had a beautiful home in the suburbs. They went on yearly vacations together, they had family over for Christmas and thanksgiving. He’s oldest boy was in high school and was doing well. I was speechless, when he broke the news to me.
I, then, wondered how he must have felt all his life, having a dual life of denial. Hiding his true self and not accepting who he was from birth. He must have a lot of pain and it took a lot of courage to tell me his own personal secret that he had kept all his life and never told his mother, father, siblings and alike. A secret that was bottled inside of him for 40 years. I couldn’t imagine his unbearable pain, his frustration and his trials and tribulations. We decided to meet for lunch on Saturday. I needed time to process what had just happened and to be prepared to answer any of his questions.

The 6 challenges of gay coming out late: http://www.lovementomen.com

So we met for lunch on Saturday and discussed the challenges and benefits that he would have to consider if he decided to come out late in life . The gay world, like the straight world has just as many challenges and obstacles to consider.
Canada-The federal conservative party shed its official aversion to same-sex marriage this weekend as rank and file members voted to remove the traditional definition of wedlock from their policy book – part of an effort to recast the Tories after bidding farewell to founder Stephen Harper.
“It’s about telling Canadians that you can love whom you want,” Conservative MP and leadership contender Maxime Bernier said.
The 13-year-old party, now struggling to find its place in the political wilderness after nearly a decade in power, has yet to decide on who will lead the Conservatives against Justin Trudeau in the next election or precisely how to refashion their appeal to voters.

But a majority of delegates at a Vancouver convention agreed on what they don’t want: to be considered obsolete in a country that officially legalized gay marriage more than 11 years ago. The measure to effectively recognize same-sex marriage passed 1,036 to 462.
